Here we will share texts and build a common resource. There are also pages for sample assignments to be used in peer assessment. Remember these samples range in quality and were written with slightly different guidelines.

This is Trevor Cairney's Blogspot. He is a well-known literacy educator. He provides reviews and description of a wide range of children's picture books.

In session 2 of the CAMLIT Program it asks you to 'Explicit teaching-decoding strategy of &quot;chunking&quot;.' The teaching of this strategy is multi-lessoned in itself, but I found that the website below was very helpful with how to: Count the vowels etc.
